Happy New Year
Well what a year 2013 was for Holly Wood Nature Reserve. While it was a beautiful space it was in definite need of some tlc!
Thanks to Colmans funding and the response of the local community the space just keeps on getting better and better.
The last work party once again was a great success. It was well attended and plans were put in place for the future work parties.
Our next work party is on 14th January 2014! Again starting at 10am and meeting at the Whitecrest entrance.
It will involve building some habitat spaces for creatures within the reserve using some of the debris from the previous work parties.
There will also be the usual litter picking and probably some bramble clearing.
